Participation rules

Conference participants can present regular papers or posters, or can organize round tables. Proposals for any of these three types of participation should be submitted through the conference webpage (see “Call for papers” at http://aesla2012.tucongreso.es/en/call-for-papers). The rules for participation for those proposals that have been accepted can be found below.

Papers

The papers accepted for presentation will be allotted 20 minutes of presentation plus ten minutes of discussion.

Posters

The posters will be exhibited during the entire conference, but time will be allotted in the conference program so that the participants can discuss them with their authors.

Round tables

The round tables will generally consist of 3 papers related to a common topic. There will be a coordinator of the round table. Each of the participants will have 30 minutes for the presentation, which will be followed by a discussion period.

Publication

Once the abstracts are accepted, the authors who wish to publish their work must send the panel chairs a copy of the final version of their papers (around 2500 words, references includes) before 31 January 2012. The papers will be evaluated in order to decide whether they are accepted for publication or not. The texts must follow the style guidelines available at http://aesla2012.tucongreso.es/en/aesla2012-style-guidelines.
